agreement by and between DARING ONES FILMS, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and

1. Course Duration

Project Learn Film-Making At Home is a 30 days Online Course.

Each lecture is available in both English & Hindi.

Each lecture is approximately 45-60 minutes.

2. Account Creation

Once you enroll in our course, our team will reach out to you via email with the further updates and steps to create your account.

Users must create an account to access the course after payment.

Users will be sent the login/signup guide via email once they have been registered for the course.

While setting up the account, the user must provide valid and complete information.

Users are advised to keep their password safe and not disclose it to third parties. In case the user suspects that someone else is using their account, please contact us immediately at learnfilmmakingathome@gmail.com.

If you contact us and request access to your account after getting approval, our team will not grant you access until you can provide us with the adequate information to prove that you are the original owner of the account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.

We request you to keep a check on your inbox, especially the spam and other folders as sometimes our email may be bounced into such folders on account of contacting the user’s email address for the first time.

3. Course Access

Once the user has been registered on our database with an official account on our website, the user will have lifetime access to the 30 Days Film-making Course.

Lectures will remain saved in the user's account so they can re-watch it at any given time.

Our content is licensed, and not sold, to you. Once you register for the course and access the lectures, it does not give you any right to resell the content in any manner to third parties (including by sharing account information with a purchaser, or illegally downloading the content and sharing it on torrent sites).

Daring Ones Films is the licensor of record.

Even though we give lifetime access to the user, we reserve the right to revoke the user’s access to the course at any point in time due to legal or policy reasons, for example, if the user violates our Terms And Conditions.
4. Payment

The user must make the payment for the 30 days course through the available options given to the user from our end. In case, the user is unable to pay from the given options, they can contact us regarding the issue on learnfilmmakingathome@gmail.com.
Pricing

We occasionally provide our course at a discounted rate for a certain period of time.

The price of our course for the user will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the content (at checkout).

The price may differ for a registered user from the price available to potential users due to promotional discounts that we will offer from time to time.

Our pricing will be inclusive of the lifetime access to the 30 days online course and the certificate of completion
Payments

The user agrees to pay the fee (amount that is stated at the time they fill the registration form) for the online course.

The user gives us permission to charge their debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as direct debit, account transfer, or mobile wallet) for those fees.

The user agrees not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method.

Project LFH works with online payment services to make the registration process quick and smooth without any hassle.

Once the user has made the payment, they will receive an official confirmation email from learnfilmmakingathome@gmail.com. We request you to check your inbox (especially the spam and other folders) to see if you have received the email.

Once the user receives the email, they must reply to it with a confirmation.

We advise you to keep your payment information secure if needed to prove your registration at any time.

In case of a payment failure from the user’s end, they can contact us immediately to let us know about the issue at learnfilmmakingathome@gmail.com.

If the payment method fails and the user somehow gains access to the course, our team will send him/her an email notifying them to pay the corresponding fees within 10 days of the email.

We reserve the right to disable the course access if not received the fee payment after 10 days.
Refunds and Refund Credits

After registering for the course, the user can apply for a refund within 24 hours. Click here to apply.

After 24 hours of payment, the user will not be able to apply for the refund.

Please note that if you apply for an ongoing course and have attended a certain number of classes, the user cannot request for a refund
Disclaimers
It may happen that our platform is down, either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site.
We may decide to cease making available certain features of the Services at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will Project LFH or its affiliates, suppliers, partners or agents be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability of such features.
We are not responsible for delay or failure of our performance of any of the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, like an act of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.
Relationship Between Us
You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.
